Method

The technique.

  1. 01

    Combine the dry ingredients in the Revolution bowl.

  2. 02

    Add the milk and butter. Mix on speed 1 to hydrate, then speed 2 for 7 minutes.

  3. 03

    Bulk ferment, covered, for 60 minutes at room temperature.

  4. 04

    Divide into two equal pieces, shape into loaves, and place in greased pans.

  5. 05

    Final proof 50 minutes, then bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
