Method

The technique.

    Combine all dry ingredients in the bowl.

    Add the wet ingredients. Mix on speed 2 for 8 minutes.

    Bulk ferment 60 minutes.

  4. 04

    Divide into 24 pieces. Shape and arrange in a buttered pan.

  5. 05

    Proof 45 minutes. Bake at 375°F for 22 minutes.
