Method

The technique.

    Combine the dry ingredients in the bowl.

    Add the milk, eggs, then the butter in pieces. Mix on speed 2 for 10 minutes.

    Bulk ferment 60 minutes.

  4. 04

    Roll, fill with cinnamon-sugar, and slice into 12 rolls.

    Proof 50 minutes. Bake 25 minutes at 350°F.
