Backed for
a full year.
Every Revolution Mixer is sold with a fully transferable one-year warranty. If something fails on the inside, we make it right.
One year on
the parts that matter.
The Revolution is built around a bowl-bottom drive train designed for serious bread work. That drive train, and the structural and electronic systems around it, carry the full one-year coverage.
Motor & Drive Train
The 700-watt brushed-DC motor, gear reduction, and bowl-bottom drive train are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for the full one-year term.
Housing & Base
The mixer body, base, and structural components are covered against cracking, warping, and structural failure under normal home use.
Speed Control & Electronics
The speed dial, soft-start circuit, and internal control board are covered for the full warranty term.
Stainless Bowl & Hook
The 6.5-quart stainless bowl and forged dough hook are warranted against defects and seam failure for the full one-year term.
What the warranty
does not cover.
- 01Cosmetic wear from normal use (scratches, finish changes, paint chips)
- 02Damage from drops, impact, liquid ingress, or improper voltage
- 03Commercial, industrial, or rental use of any kind
- 04Modifications, unauthorized repairs, or use of non-genuine attachments
- 05Consumable items such as gaskets and bowl gripper feet beyond their normal service life
Three steps,
no runaround.
- 01
Save your proof of purchase.
Your original receipt or order confirmation is the only proof of ownership we need. The warranty is fully transferable — keep the receipt with the mixer if it changes hands.
- 02
Reach out with a description.
Email warranty@revolution-mixer.com with the serial number from the underside of the base, your purchase date, and a short description of what’s happening.
- 03
We diagnose and resolve.
For most failures we ship a part directly with instructions, or send a return label. The mixer is built to be serviced, not discarded.
The full warranty terms are in the PDF below. Anything you read on this page is a plain-language summary; the PDF is the authoritative document.
