Method

The technique.

  1. 01

    Combine all the dry ingredients in the bowl.

  2. 02

    Add the water, oil, and eggs. Mix on speed 3 for 6 minutes.

  3. 03

    Scoop into two greased loaf pans.

  4. 04

    Proof 60 minutes. Bake at 375°F for 50 minutes.
