Method

The technique.

  1. 01

    Combine the dry ingredients in the bowl.

  2. 02

    Add the lard and water. Mix on speed 2 for 4 minutes.

  3. 03

    Rest 30 minutes covered.

  4. 04

    Divide into 20 balls. Roll thin and cook on a dry skillet 30 seconds per side.
