Method

The technique.

    Cream the butter and sugars on speed 4 for 4 minutes.

  2. 02

    Add the eggs and vanilla. Mix until smooth.

  3. 03

    Add the dry ingredients on speed 1. Fold in the chocolate.

  4. 04

    Rest the dough overnight in the refrigerator.

  5. 05

    Scoop into ⅓-cup balls. Bake at 375°F for 13 minutes.
