Method

The technique.

  1. 01

    Cream the butter and sugar on speed 4 for 5 minutes.

  2. 02

    Add the eggs one at a time on speed 2.

  3. 03

    Alternate the dry ingredients and milk in three additions on speed 1.

  4. 04

    Bake at 350°F for 28 minutes.
