Method

The technique.

  1. 01

    Whip the butter on speed 6 for 5 minutes until pale.

  2. 02

    Add the powdered sugar in three additions on speed 2.

  3. 03

    Add the cream, vanilla, and salt. Whip on speed 6 for 3 more minutes.
